We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clubhouse Executive to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Clubhouse Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.
  • Handle customer enquiries and assist in operations and administration of the Front Office.
  • Manage housekeeping and security personnel.
  • Oversee Chalet operations when on duty overnight.

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec qualification with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A cheerful personality and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
  • A self-motivated and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Proactive with a good learning attitude.
  • Able to work on weekends, Public Holidays, and overnight.
