Course Development Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Course Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in providing program guidance and support to potential students, helping them select and enroll in the right courses to meet their educational and career objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with potential students through follow-up calls and Whatsapp communications.
  • Meet or exceed student enrollment targets by effectively promoting and marketing programs to potential students.
  • Provide detailed information about courses and programs, including content, requirements, and outcomes.
  • Assist learners with the enrollment process, including application forms, transcripts, and fee payments.
  • Maintain regular communication with learners, responding to queries and providing guidance throughout their learning journey.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, recruitment activities, and corporate outreach efforts.
Requirements:

This role demands excellent communication skills, strong sales and customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of educational programs.
  • Degree/Diploma Holders (Fresh graduates welcome)
  • Passion for education and training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders, trainers, and learners
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects
  • Adaptability to changing sales and marketing strategies
