ESG Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ESG projects to minimize CO2 emissions and water consumption, collaborating with team members and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on Improvement Roadmap KPIs, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the Carbon Pricing Act and external GHG audits, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Manage cost budgets for Capex projects and operational expenses, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Maintain the Ecovision system for utilities tracking and anomaly reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with performance standards and support site safety programs, prioritizing employee well-being and safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Gas, Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor facilities management, managing mechanical systems such as cleanrooms, chiller plants, exhaust, and air abatement systems.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in energy/GHG reduction initiatives, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with strong documentation and presentation abilities, effectively communicating results and insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
