We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our KPMG ESG team as a Manager, Climate Risk. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in navigating the complexities of climate risk and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ESG reporting strategies for clients, including climate risk assessments and sustainability reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct thorough ESG risk assessments, analyzing their operations, supply chains, and stakeholder engagements to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on climate-related risks and opportunities, including TCFD-specific reporting and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities within the ESG reporting space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management within our clients and partners within our own organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in ESG reporting, ESG risk analysis, sustainability consulting, financial accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks, including ISSB, TCFD, TNFD, GRI, CDP, and SASB.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with and manage a range of different stakeholders.
  • Curious temperament, independent in learning, and a self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
