Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development and thought leadership pieces, to position KPMG as a leading firm for ESG reporting and risk analysis services in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Manage the oversight and delivery of service offerings in areas such as ESG reporting, ISSB-specific integration, scenario analysis, and capacity building.
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct thorough ESG risk assessments, analyze ESG-related data, and develop comprehensive risk profiles and performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities within the ESG reporting space, and conduct in-depth research and analysis to support client recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management within our clients and partners and global contacts within our organization.
Requirements:
  • Accounting/financial advisory/audit background preferred, with strong technical knowledge of IFRSs and/or ISSB standards.
  • Strong passion for ESG issues and commitment to making a difference in the corporate landscape.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in ESG reporting, ESG risk analysis, sustainability consulting, financial accounting, or related fields, preferably with a specialization in biodiversity.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Accountancy, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or Economics.
  • Professional certifications related to accounting, sustainability, and ESG (e.g., ISCA/ICAEW/ACCA/CPA, CFA, CSR-P) are advantageous.
