Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and service-focused individual to join our front office team as a Guest Services Agent.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lobby Ambassador: Maintaining a presence in the lobby, offering exceptional service to guests and representing the property and brand professionally.
  • Service Focused Personality: A service focused personality is essential; customer-related experience is an asset.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a professional presentation, and the ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team. Experience in front office operations, quality assurance, and working under pressure is highly valued.
