We are undertaking a landmark project in Tuas, Singapore, to develop a world-class manufacturing site that will reinforce our leadership in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions globally.

This ambitious initiative is a key part of our global expansion strategy. As a core member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of this strategic investment.

  2. Develop and execute procurement strategies for a large-scale greenfield pharmaceutical project.\
  3. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop, and execute capital procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and corporate governance.\
  4. Lead end-to-end procurement activities for high-value equipment, engineering services, and construction packages, focusing on process equipment in a regulated environment.\
  5. Manage high-value contract negotiations and ensure commercial and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.\
  6. Drive cost efficiencies and ensure value for money through strong negotiation skills and strategic sourcing.\
  7. Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and performance management.\
  8. Ensure procurement practices meet all regulatory, EHS, and corporate compliance standards.\
  9. Engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\

Required Skills and Qualifications\

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant procurement experience, including at least 5 years in capital project procurement.\
  • Proven experience supporting major pharmaceutical capital projects, preferably within a multinational environment.\
  • Strong exposure to global project teams and effective working across time zones with colleagues and vendors internationally.\
  • Familiarity with various project delivery models, including EPCM, Construction Management (CM), and Construction Management at Risk (CMaR).\
  • Proficient in SAP procurement operations and contract management workflows.\
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.\
  • High degree of resilience, results orientation, and ability to work in high-pressure environments with competing priorities.\
  • Experience managing high-value contracts (US$20M or above).\
  • Deep understanding of process equipment procurement, with preference for pharma-grade equipment and systems.\
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex vendor relationships and capital contract execution.\
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced project environment.\
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.\
