**Job Overview**:

- Involves in integrating and coordinating various procurement functions throughout the customer bid and project execution process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, involve, integrate, and manage relevant procurement functions for customer bids and projects, such as Global Category Management, Supplier Quality Management, and Regional Procurement.
- Act as the primary interface between the customer bids or projects and key business partners, as well as procurement teams. This includes participating in milestone meetings, risk workshops, kick-off meetings, project-related procurement reviews, and escalations.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure alignment between project timelines and procurement activities, including RFQs (Request for Quotations), negotiations, supplier selection, and deliveries.
- Ensure that terms and conditions are aligned and that relevant customer contract terms are transferred to supplier offers and contracts.
- Analyze procurement and supplier-related risks and develop and implement mitigation measures.
- Drive Procurement strategies within projects and monitor the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) like CNI (Cost of Non-Quality), CTG (Cost-to-Goal), E Bidding/Auction & PTE (Project Technical Efficiency).
- Provide support in securing the best rates during the execution phase of projects.
- Develop and actively drive local sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and management.
- Own, monitor, and manage the utilization of the consolidated Procurement Plan and Procurement Statement, including tracking supplier/RFQ/offer status, selected suppliers, risk table, procurement efforts and resources.

**Job Requirements**
- Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, accounting, or a related field.
- Have 7-10 years of experience in strategic purchasing/category management or project management, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Experience in strategic purchasing/category management or project management related to rail signaling equipment (cables, point machines, telecommunication, and subcontract installation) would be advantageous.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking abilities and adaptability to change.
- Ability to derive meaningful insights from data, prepare analytical reports, and present information clearly and concisely.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in system and data management, particularly Excel and SAP Procurement modules, as well as related systems.
