We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective HSE management systems, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure employee safety, well-being, and service excellence.
- They will develop and deliver HSE training programs, ensuring all operational activities are aligned with company standards.
- The officer will manage environmental and safety-related permits, licenses, and statutory obligations, ensuring full compliance.
- They will lead root cause analyses, identify performance gaps, and propose actionable improvements to enhance HSE performance.
- The specialist will prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation relevant to offshore and onshore operations, projects, and client requirements.
- They will coordinate internal and external HSE/ISO audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all applicable standards and locations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar role within the marine industry.
- A working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant HSE standards.
- Effective communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
