Data Center HSE Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives in our critical facilities and data center operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, leading, and driving the HSE framework and program, as well as implementing HSE initiatives on the ground. This includes developing HSE policies and guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local HSE legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees and contractors on HSE best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into business operations.
- Analyze incident reports and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety/Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE engineering in data center/critical facilities environment.
- Familiarity with HAZID, HAZOP, SIL reviews, and other safety reviews.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyze data effectively.
