Overview
Our client is a renowned local firm focused on data center development. They offer a comprehensive range of consulting services across various disciplines.
Responsibilities
Collaboration to design, lead and drive the HSE framework and program
Implement HSE initiatives on ground, including safety training programs
Develop HSE policy/ guidelines with consideration of the best market practices pertaining to Greenfield Data Centre and fit-out projects
Constantly review and update the HSE framework/ policy/ guidelines
Ensure compliance to local HSE legislation and Company’s HSE policy
Support the application and attainment of the applicable HSE permits/ licenses
Perform risk assessment
Lead incident management, including performing detailed Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive and/or corrective action plans
Implement system to ensure Contractor’s compliance to HSE policy
Manage reporting and HSE data analysis
Conduct periodic review of safety compliance of operational data center, project site
Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Safety / Engineering or other equivalent
Minimum 10 years of HSE Engineering experience in the data center / critical facilities / ports environment
Familiar with HAZID, HAZOP, SIL reviews and other safety reviews (e.g. SIMOPS, ALARP) preferred
Project management experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in handling incident report
Comfortable to travel to and fro between site for EHS works (Ang Mo Kio & Penjuru)
