Job Title: HSE Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HSE Professional to develop, implement and oversee Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior HSE professionals to design, implement and monitor HSE initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on statutory HSE rules and regulations to site management.
  • Enforce compliance with all HSE policies across various sites.
  • Participate in regular HSE audits and assessments.
  • Organize joint inspections with HSE committees, clients or subcontractors.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and accidents.
  • Compile and submit detailed HSE reports to corporate HSE departments and project/site managers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and stakeholders as required.
  • Lead risk assessments and conduct daily toolbox talks.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in a related field.
  • Registered WSHO by MOM and ECO by NEA.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in LTA projects or civil works.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
