  • Assist the Local Finance team in business partnering to Hasbro for the WOTC Business.
  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and actuals to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 12 months of commercial finance and forecasting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the entertainment and/or games industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP and other financial systems.
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
