Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage financial reports using SAP systems
  • Process invoice payments and ensure timely reconciliation
  • Manage financial data and ensure accurate and up-to-date entries in Excel trackers
  • Work closely with senior managers to monitor budget utilization and provide financial insights
  • Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports and assist with yearly budget exercises
  • Assist with asset management, including laptop inventory, issuance, and write-off
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as directed by the Finance Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a financial institution or consultancy firm
  • Strong understanding of technology finance and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP systems and software maintenance contractual/commercial processing a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential data
  • Experience in business process improvement and knowledge of M365 SharePoint a plus
