OKX is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Risk Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Team.

This role focuses on embedding effective risk identification, evaluation, and governance across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in enterprise and product risk management with exposure to crypto risk, market/trading risks, and emerging technology risk.

You will collaborate cross-functionally across Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Security to embed a consistent and scalable approach to risk-informed product design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Lead and execute risk and control assessments across the product lifecycle
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to review new product initiatives and minor/major changes to existing products
  • Drive the implementation of a scalable Product Governance Framework
  • Maintain robust risk documentation within the enterprise GRC system
  • Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc standardized and visually compelling product risk reports
  • Monitor external events and evaluate their implications on current and upcoming product offerings
  • Lead or contribute to strategic risk initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Promote awareness and adoption of risk management practices across all levels of the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product risk management with at least 2 years focused on cryptocurrency or digital asset risk
  • Proven experience in conducting product risk assessments including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, product development cycles, and associated risks
  • Proven experience with risk frameworks, stress testing, and scenario analysis in the context of digital assets
  • Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements related to crypto assets
