Job Title: Enterprise IT Strategist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Strategist to lead our company's IT managed services solutions efforts. The successful candidate will develop and deliver compelling proposals for clients in the managed services market, collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for managed services solutions, and conduct client assessments to develop customized solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of the managed services market, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience with CRM software and sales automation tools, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in presales roles within the IT managed services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the company's IT managed services solutions efforts.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals for clients in the managed services market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for managed services solutions.
- Conduct client assessments and develop customized solutions.
- Pricing and contract terms will be developed in collaboration with sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist product development by providing feedback based on customer needs.
- Represent the company's managed services solutions at industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in presales roles within the IT managed services industry.
- Deep understanding of the managed services market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
