We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a CDC Vouchers Scheme Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Community Development Councils (CDCs) in onboarding heartland merchants and hawkers to the CDC Vouchers Scheme.

This involves working closely with merchants and hawkers to handle their queries, troubleshooting technical/operational issues related to the scheme, and providing guidance on signing up for the CDCs' scheme.

In addition, you will equip merchants and hawkers with the necessary knowledge and skillsets during the onboarding process and perform simple troubleshooting on IT devices for merchants, hawkers, and residents.

You will also serve as a liaison for CDCs' merchants, hawkers, and residents to handle scheme-related enquiries and feedback.

Gathering data and human interest stories from merchants, hawkers, and residents through engagements, surveys for reporting and analysis purposes is a critical aspect of this role.

Working closely with other government agencies and community partners such as merchants'/hawkers' associations, etc. is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Community Development Councils (CDCs) and Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) to engage and outreach to heartland merchants and hawkers.
  • Guide and encourage merchants and hawkers to sign up for the CDCs' scheme and promote it on their social media channels.
  • Equip merchants and hawkers with the necessary knowledge and skillsets during the onboarding process for the scheme.
