Job Description:

Your primary responsibility will be to plan menus that showcase the depth and richness of Korean flavors. This involves not only selecting ingredients but also staying abreast of seasonal trends and industry standards.

You will oversee all kitchen operations, guaranteeing that each dish meets our exceptionally high quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating staff, training them to prepare and cook menu items, taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.

To ensure continued success, it is essential that you remain up-to-date with industry trends, constantly exploring new ideas and techniques to enhance our offerings. Furthermore, you will need to receive feedback from colleagues and clients, using this information to refine your skills and make improvements where necessary.
