
Excellent Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule daily services and repairs for technicians to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
- Collect service fees, track unpaid bills, and follow up on payments to maintain accurate financial records.
- Update service records with customer service systems and prepare Quality Claims Reports (QCR) to ensure quality control measures are in place.
- Monitor parts and products under QCR until the replacement part arrives, ensuring minimal disruption to customer services.
- Foster effective communication with Quality Assurance (QA) to address any service-related quality issues promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records within the Customer Service Department.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, ensuring it remains clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide product information, service fees, and promotional details to customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Pursue high service standards and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
- NITEC or equivalent qualification in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
