Key Responsibilities:

  • Unlock valuable insights from massive healthcare datasets to drive seamless, precise care delivery.
  • Apply historical cluster and national-level data for effective planning and service allocation in Integrated General Hospitals.
  • Streamline regulatory reporting through report automation.
  • Analyse complex healthcare data using Generative AI.
  • Inform business decisions with data-driven insights on patient retention, churn, and other key performance indicators.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize system efficiency and predict patient behaviour.
  • Solve complex problems independently or collaboratively.
  • Interface with business and operational teams to formulate solutions and influence change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, or Tableau is essential.
  • Strong coding skills are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in data-related work is preferred, although fresh graduates with the required aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
  • Advanced statistical knowledge is mandatory, including regression, distribution properties, and statistical testing.
  • Prior experience in cloud computing (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams and contribute to a shared vision.
