We're seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge healthcare analytics products. As a key member of our Data & Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in informing product development decisions and enhancing our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain analytical architecture and product specifications
• Collaborate with technical experts and stakeholders to enable the creation of best-in-breed analytical products
• Assist in the formulation of the analytical product roadmap, balancing complexity and feasibility with client value and market requirements
• Communicate effectively across the organization, from staff to executive level

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Extensive experience in healthcare analytics, with a good understanding of clinical tools, including coders, groupers, and classifications
• Knowledge of data science, data analytics, and core data standards in the healthcare space
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment and balance multiple priorities
