Executive Director of Growth

We seek an experienced leader to drive business development and strategic growth for our healthcare service organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with service capabilities and emerging trends in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and manage collaborative relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and allied services to strengthen integration and expand market presence.
  • Represent the organization in forums and initiatives to enhance visibility and influence.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to position the organization as a trusted partner in innovation and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to embed strategic initiatives into workflows, optimize staffing, and uphold compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, strategic partnerships, or service development.
  • Strong understanding of hospital systems, regulations, and funding mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build lasting institutional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
