Responsibilities:

  • Solve problems and make decisions at store level
  • Ensure service delivery is seamless and smooth
  • Coordinate F&B Service, take orders and deliver food
  • Maintain quality standards for food
  • Deliver service, lead and host customers
  • Upsell menu, share current promotions and new items
  • Manage and communicate with diverse work team
  • Lead, coach and support crew members
  • Ensure service and food standards are met
  • Handle daily operations and shift briefings
  • Ensure adherence to Food hygiene and outlet cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Clear promotion pathway
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Passionate in service
  • Fast Food / QSR experienced preferred
  • Willing to work on weekends & public holidays
