About the Role
The Edge Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to lead our transformation initiatives and drive operational excellence across various departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects aimed at streamlining business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business process engineering methodologies to analyze, redesign, and optimize key processes across various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps, initiate projects, and work closely with product development and engineering teams for successful implementation.
- Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and digital solutions within the organization.
- Partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools, supporting process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
- Assist various departments with resource capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of human resources and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, and other key success indicators, to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, business process engineering, and digital transformation within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of business process engineering methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision-making.
