You will

  • Build relationships with sponsors, donors, and community partners to secure funding.
  • Participate in events and wellness programs to promote Sian Chay's services.
  • Work with government agencies, healthcare institutions, and NGOs for partnerships.
  • Support marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness through campaigns and content.
  • Set and track revenue goals across sponsorships, fundraising, and memberships.
  • Maintain donor and partner databases for strong relationships and retention.
  • Monitor sales data and prepare reports for strategy improvement.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to align with the organization's mission.
