About the Role

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives in core banking. This presents an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

  • Domain & Solution Leadership:
  • Analyze and document core banking processes (accounts, payments, loans, interest management) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Lead requirement elicitation via workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments to identify and prioritize project objectives.
  • Develop Temenos-specific BRDs/FRDs and align solutions with Basel III, MiFID II, AML/KYC regulations to maintain regulatory compliance and achieve business objectives.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • Configure and optimize Temenos modules using TIM methodology to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Evaluate alternative core banking platforms for integration needs to ensure compatibility and adaptability.
  • Document controls for regulatory compliance and audit readiness to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Project Delivery:
  • Support core banking transformations, upgrades, and data migrations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile or Waterfall methodologies to foster open communication and shared understanding.
  • Coordinate testing, defect management, and cutover planning to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Translate technical constraints into business-friendly recommendations to ensure informed decision-making.
