We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Transformation Specialist to lead our efforts in driving business process re-engineering and global business expansion for Japanese corporations. With over 40 years of growth, we have served our clients through multiple projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Business Transformation Specialist, you will lead business analysis activities, facilitate requirement discussions, and perform project management tasks such as progress tracking and issue resolution. You will also design new data formats and logic in RH2H service, collaborate with stakeholders, support development and QA efforts, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in any related field and at least 5-8 years of proven consulting experience in a reputable or established consulting firm. Experience working and supporting client's banking system projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of digital business transformation, business process re-engineering, and global business expansion is required.
