We are seeking an Impacts and Assurance Associate to contribute to our organization's mission in the tropical commodity sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with smallholder members, coordinate their participation in national and international engagements, and manage relevant workstreams.
  2. Enhance smallholder-related workstreams, such as the Digital Knowledge Sharing Platform, and co-facilitate project management working groups.
  3. Monitor and manage SIM projects to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and organizational goals.
  4. Support engagement activities through administrative, financial, and communication-related tasks.
  5. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events and activities.

  • Ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities effectively, including administration, finance, and multitasking.
  • Self-disciplined and proactive, with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a practical manner.
