Environmental Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Professional to join our global team. This role will focus on implementing and maintaining key environmental programs, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to corporate sustainability reporting activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude. A good knowledge of the Semiconductor industry and experience with environmental ISO standards is desirable.
- Develop and implement key environmental programs, including GHG emissions, water, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive sustainability efforts.
- Contribute to corporate sustainability reporting activities, coordinating data collection and reporting schemes.
- Assure customer relations and support for environmental matters, managing specific requests and providing expertise.
- Participate in regional forums, associations, and workshops to represent the company's sustainability/Environment efforts.
- Project management skills and change management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership attitude.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Flexibility in a multicultural environment.
- Good knowledge of Semiconductor industry, EHS experiences, and international scheme/reporting tools (CDP, SBTI, GRI).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
