Customer Service Representative - Government Project

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a government project. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will need to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as any new developments in the industry.

You will be working closely with other staff to achieve our business goals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time position that involves working a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. You must be flexible and willing to work a range of hours, including weekends and public holidays.
