Job DescriptionThe Coordinator of Resource Allocation will be responsible for scheduling flypacks and OBs efficiently, maximizing utilization by collaborating with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to balance priorities and maximize profit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling flypacks and OBs to ensure timely delivery and maximum utilization
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Communicating availability clearly to stakeholders, identifying conflicts quickly, and proposing solutions
- Maintaining updated schedules to ensure departmental alignment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- At least 5 years of experience managing time-critical services dependent on equipment delivery in a cross-functional environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience in broadcast television and logistics
