Expansion Market Strategist

The ideal candidate will contribute to our business growth strategy by driving expansion into new markets.

About the Role:
  • Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts, drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our long-term strategic plan for expansion into key markets.

  • Work closely with Senior Management to identify and develop opportunities for technology licensing, joint ventures or other collaborations.

  • Identify areas of opportunity and focus for product and service recommendations.

  • Analyze customer research, market trends and conditions to inform business decisions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, government organizations, industry associations and academic institutions.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development.

  • Knowledge of automation technology is an added advantage.

  • Pleasant and easy-going with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to travel regionally.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Negotiation, CRM, account management and sales skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively.
