Expansion Strategist

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Expansion Strategist to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective growth strategy, focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Promote our products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ensure adherence to established rules and guidelines in sales contracts
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales service
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a business development manager or sales executive
  • Strong sales track record with a proven ability to meet targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
