**Job Title:** Deputy Centre Head

We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Deputy Centre Head. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development and welfare of our learners.

About the Role

The Deputy Centre Head will be responsible for providing attentive supervision to learners and prioritizing their safety and overall welfare at all times. You will also be responsible for designing and leading therapeutic and training activities that are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality supervision to learners, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Design and lead therapeutic and training activities that meet the individual needs and goals of our learners.
  • Develop and manage an inventory of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards within the centre, creating a comfortable and secure environment for everyone.
  • Demonstrate utmost respect for learner confidentiality, maintaining their privacy at all times.
  • Foster and maintain strong connections with learner families.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records to monitor learner performance.

  • Computer literacy skills in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
