Program Coordinator - Early Childhood Education

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator for Early Childhood Education. The selected candidate will work directly with our education client, providing high-quality enrichment programs to preschool children.

  1. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for conducting enrichment, holiday programs and workshops according to provided schedules and frequencies.
  2. They will adopt various teaching methods to facilitate active learning, encourage curiosity and enhance knowledge and learning objectives for each program.
  3. The Coordinator will monitor and assess the development and progress of each child, adjusting teaching strategies to achieve learning goals.
  4. They will also provide support for administrative matters, adhere to company guidelines and practices.
  5. The Coordinator will maintain attendance records, progress, development and work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of programs and services.
  6. Additionally, they will provide mentorship and guidance to staff and freelance trainers.
  7. The Coordinator will be responsible for classroom management, ensuring a safe and conducive environment.
Requirements
  • A GCE O level, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any field of study is required.
  • Prior experience in the Early Childhood Education sector is an added advantage.
  • The successful candidate must be independent and have initiative while working off-site, as well as the ability to engage children and resolve daily classroom issues on site.
