About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in authentic Hunan cuisine to drive strategic growth and lead our multi-outlet operations. This role requires a proven track record in operational leadership, financial management, and the ability to scale while maintaining uncompromising quality and authenticity.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute strategic plans for outlet growth and development.
- Drive menu innovation, recipe development, and seasonal rollouts, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Oversee sourcing and procurement of regional ingredients from China, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Set up and manage central kitchen operations with high-volume production capacity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, procurement plans, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and lead culinary and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor operational SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance brand positioning and market growth.
Requirements
">- A minimum 10 years' proven experience in managing multi-outlet operations within the Hunan cuisine or broader Chinese F&B sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu R&D, recipe standardization, and central kitchen setup for large-scale operations.
- In-depth knowledge of authentic Hunan culinary techniques, regional flavor profiles, and ingredient sourcing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across culinary, operations, and supply chain functions.
- Proficiency in multiple languages to coordinate effectively with suppliers, chefs, and partners.
- Excellent business acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, cost management, and profitability optimization.
