Pastry Production Specialist

As a Pastry Production Specialist, you will be responsible for daily production of high-quality pastry products in accordance with established recipes and specifications.

You will work as part of a team to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. This includes maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and sanitation regulations, and ensuring proper use of equipment at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent baking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have strong communication skills and be able to train staff on new procedures and techniques.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in pastry production and contribute to the success of our bakery operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and produce high-quality pastry products in accordance with established recipes and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and sanitation regulations
  • Ensure proper use of equipment at all times
  • Train staff on new procedures and techniques
Requirements:
  • Certificate in Pastry Skills or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in pastry production
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
