As a skilled Bakery Production Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry products on a daily basis. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow established recipes while maintaining strict quality control.

The ideal candidate will possess a certificate in pastry skills or equivalent qualification and preferably have 1 year of experience in pastry production. However, training will be provided for those who have no experience but demonstrate a genuine passion for pastry work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of product quality and consistency
  • Ensuring safe and proper use of equipment at all times
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with others. Additionally, flexibility is required as you may be asked to work on weekends/public holidays.
