Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vision Plus V10 Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing level one production support for our Vision Plus V10 systems, ensuring 24/7 uptime.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective resolution of production issues in Vision Plus V10 environments.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, system errors, and batch job issues in Vision Plus V10 environments.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions for recurring issues.
• Support upgrades, patches, and migrations related to Vision Plus V10.


Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix, and payment processing systems.
• Familiarity with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Hands-on experience in Vision Plus V10 (or earlier versions) in a production support role.
