Job Title: Vision Support Specialist

Are you looking for a career in IT support? Do you have a passion for problem-solving and working with technology?
As a Vision Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for Vision applications. This includes incident management, issue resolution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 support for Vision applications
  • Monitor application performance and respond to alerts and service requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
  • Document support activities and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application support, preferably with Vision
  • Strong understanding of IT support processes and incident management
  • Familiarity with banking and financial services applications is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
