We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our track maintenance team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tunnel and viaduct systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to plan, execute, and monitor maintenance activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in railway infrastructure maintenance or 10 years of experience in underground building structure maintenance.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent).
