Job Title: Track Infrastructure Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Track Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the reliability and safety of our rail system.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to deliver Preventive, Corrective and Overhaul maintenance, as well as timely renewal planning.

This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on engineering and maintenance efforts to ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in various SMRT depots, tracks or facilities.
  • Work in rotating or fixed shifts (in accordance with MOM guidelines).
  • Provide leadership and management to Track Infrastructure Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor system performance and identify technical problems and concerns.
  • Develop effective and sustainable solutions to deliver safe and dependable performance of the PWay system.
  • Ensure Branch KPIs and quality maintenance requirements are met.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
  • At least 10 years' working experience in managerial positions in a maintenance organisation.
  • Previous Railway System experience is advantageous.
