Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Professional to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising front office, concierge, reservations, and bell services to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction;
  • Handling guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally;
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction scores and driving improvement plans;
  • Overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to brand standards;
  • Coordinating with maintenance/engineering teams to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition;
  • Tracking maintenance schedules and overseeing preventive maintenance programs;
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing department heads and staff;
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing training programs;
  • Scheduling staffing based on occupancy and operational needs;
  • Assisting in preparation and management of departmental budgets and forecasts;
  • Monitoring and controlling operating expenses while maintaining quality and service standards;
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement and inventory control procedures;
  • Implementing and monitoring SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency;
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations;
  • Acting as a key liaison between departments to ensure seamless guest experiences;

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational standards and cost controls. Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is required. Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and maintenance operations is essential.
