Horse Riding Coach Required

Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced Sports Instructor to join our team. As a qualified and passionate professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality horse riding lessons in a safe and enjoyable manner to riders of all levels. This includes beginners, novices, and experienced riders looking to improve their skills.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing students for monthly competitions, assisting them on show days, and encouraging them to become more involved in the riding section through Pony Club, additional lessons, leases, and competing at shows.
You will need to maintain rider lists and color levels, review them quarterly, complete rider assessments of new riders, teach beginner courses, and participate in clinics to develop your riding and teaching skills.
In addition, you will progress qualifications through the BHS course program up to Stage 3 SM, report issues regarding horse behavior or welfare, and attend weekly department meetings.
You will also be responsible for stable management, including daily checks of riding section stables and horses between 7am & 8.30am, submitting weekly reports, ordering weekly feed and bedding requirements, training and supporting grooms in their jobs, completing monthly reports of tack and equipment condition, maintaining an inventory of tack in use and in-store, recommending any tack requirements, maintaining horse care records, and allocating horses for daily lessons, schooling, turnout against daily sheet bookings.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a British Horse Societys Assistant Instructor (BHS AI) Certificate or equivalent qualification. You will also need to have good interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality customer care. Enjoy teaching at all levels; from beginners to competitive riders is essential.
