Systems Specialist: Voice Communication Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Executive to provide maintenance support for Voice Communication Systems at customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive/corrective maintenance activities, preparing and updating quality assurance reports, and supporting level 1 shift teams to meet customer service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance support for Voice Communication Systems
  • Coordinate and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance activities
  • Prepare and update quality assurance reports
  • Support level 1 shift teams to meet customer service level agreements
  • Attend to scheduled preventive/corrective maintenance activities and perform level 2 on-call standby duty when rostered
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum ITE certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer engineering and have knowledge of Voice & Data Communication Systems and VHF Radio Communication Systems.

  • Experience in system installation, integration testing, and troubleshooting
