Job Title

Key Technology Consultant Role

The Key Technology Consultant will develop innovative solutions for clients to address their pressing business needs and regulatory requirements.

This position requires expertise in various areas, including:

  • Microsoft Technology, AD Design Implementation, and Deployment
  • Server Architecture and SAN Storage Design and implementation
  • Hypervisor and Virtualisation Solution Design and implementation
  • Network Design and implementation
  • Good knowledge of Border Security and Load Balancing Solution
  • MFA and Encryption Technology
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery Design and implementation
  • Cloud solution and migration design and implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our focused product, enabling delivery of standard and customized presentations of solutions, as well as solution demonstrations to customers from business owners of SME to C-level executives in enterprise accounts.
  • Design and architect custom solutions based on customer requirements using NTC's suite of focused products, applying industry best practices, to ensure the proposed solution meets customer business objectives and can be delivered by the technical team.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and work on presentation materials for opportunity progression.
  • Work on complex deals and provide responses to RFPs related to product, integration, delivery, installation, and maintenance.
  • Support sales and marketing events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Provide support to sales materials development.
