We are seeking a visionary Solution Architect to drive technical strategy and lead product development. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by architecting innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions for new technologies to drive innovation and improve processes ">
  • Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance on Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS ">
  • Manage deployment tasks and oversee system administration for development tools in sandbox environments ">
  • Pair-program with the technical team to level up their skills and domain knowledge ">
  • Oversee reduction of technical debt and set code review standards to ensure high-quality code ">
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions ">
  • Support onboarding of new features and enhancements on product suite's new versions ">
  • Work with the team to manage technical risks and ensure compliance to government security policies and adherence to secure coding standards and best practices

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in software/application management, solution architecture, or related roles ">
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in supporting Government Projects ">
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS, such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, and more ">

Technical Skillset

">
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including Apex coding ">
  • Experience in MuleSoft, AWS, Odaseva, and DevOps ">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities ">
  • Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation ">
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage technical tasks and software development
