Technical Solution Architect

This role focuses on developing and implementing technical solutions to drive business growth. As a Technical Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers and partners to understand their technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client computing, data center solutions, edge, cloud, IoT, and AI technologies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and delivering technical presentations and demos to customers and partners.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers and partners.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • 4-5 years of customer-facing and presales experience.
  • Strong industry knowledge or experience in government, HPC, telco, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to interact with middle management business owners and technical experts.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of technologies in telco, including 5G and vRAN, as well as an understanding of AI frameworks and tools.

This is a commissioned sales position, and the successful candidate will be required to work from home occasionally based on business need.
