Job Title:

Technical Visionary and Solutions Architect

Description:

  • Conceptualize, develop and implement technical solution architectures aligned with project requirements and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and vendors to ensure the proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines while meeting project objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for proposed solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive the solution architecture process and approval.
  • Articulate and obtain buy-in for the technical solution from IT management and the enterprise technology/architecture board.
  • Pursue research and innovation to stay current with industry and technology trends.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or a related discipline.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a minimum of 7 years in solution architect roles, familiar with system and project implementation lifecycle in a banking environment.
  • Experience in designing scalable, resilient technical architecture solutions involving end-to-end integration between channels, systems, middleware, data warehouse, etc.
  • Proficiency in knowledge comprising system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices architecture, and cloud computing services.
  • Broad knowledge of Banking technologies and systems, including industry development and trends, familiarity with DevOps, CI/CDs, containerization, and programming (Java and/or Dot Net).
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following domains: Payments | Cash Management (Preferred) | Customer Touchpoints (Internet/mobile) | Customer Onboarding & AML | Digital Workflow | Data Warehouse & Analytics.
  • Relevant certification in TOGAF and cloud solution architect or similar is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts and get buy-in from management and stakeholders.
