Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic middleware system analysis and complex test framework business initiatives.

  • You will collaborate with our team of analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient system implementation and optimization.
  • Lead requirements gathering and management across stakeholder groups, validating and documenting evolving system specifications.
  • Conduct business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement using modelling techniques to propose optimized workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, data mappings, integration specs (APIs, source-to-target mapping), and user acceptance testing criteria.
  • Oversee design documentation, test plans, functional and non-functional specifications; validate and test solutions through QA and UAT phases.
  • Serve as technical liaison, aligning IT delivery (developers, architects, QA) with stakeholder expectations and timelines, escalating issues and acting as primary point of contact.
  • Mentor, train, and lead junior system/business analysts, contributing to staff performance reviews and ongoing development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, establishing best practices for analysis and documentation standards across the team.
  • Participate in strategic planning, enterprise architecture initiatives, and assess risk/opportunities associated with systems enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in systems/business analysis, including a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Experience with Data and C programming skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, able to translate technical details into business-friendly language.
